Shape Up Nutrition started with a straightforward idea: neighborhood bakeries and grocery stores don't have to choose between quality and approachability. You can have both.
Located on Plainfield Street in Providence, we bake a rotating selection of breads, pastries, and specialty food items every morning. Our grocery shelves carry pantry staples, health-focused products, and ingredients we actually use in our own kitchen.
